This was a design proposal for a mixed-use development project in Minneapolis MN. Part of the design presentation package required a 3D rendering. The backdrop of the rendering was an HDR composite image I took at the site to match the perspective of the 3D model. After placing the 3D model I rendered interior lighting, furniture, foliage and entourage to complete this image.

My work for the Commercial Development Team at KKE Architects was on the front-end of retail design projects. I primarily produced 3D models which would be used to create renders or walk-through animation videos to present design options to the client. I worked on various projects in the schematic design phase creating visual graphics and presentation boards.
